Attention Please

We do not need to know your forum name or URL
in that thread as it affects all of Server 4.

  • Forum Access    - 2009-02-16

    We deeply apologize for any inconvenience our server updating might have caused you.

    To make our site running faster, we upgraded our server to better serve you in the long run.

    Once server 1 and server 3 changed, the forums cannot be accessible temporarily since most DNS client’s cache has not been cleared.

    You may give it a try to clear DNS according to the instructions here http://www.aimoo.com/community/community_create/showdomainhelp.html.

    If this doesn’t work for you, you need to wait for the DNS cache updated.

    We really want to help you out, but there is nothing we can do to get it resolved.

    We appreciate your understanding and patience.

  • Forums are Corrected Now!    - 2009-02-06

    Deeply sorry for what happend during the last 10 hours when the image and server 3 were down. Actually forums on server 1 and 2 were functioning properly except the custom images cannot be shown up. We sincerely apologize for the serious issue appeared and have not expected it and informed you in time. One of the developers who was in charge of Aimoo during the several hours has been punished. Much more attention will be focused on all of our servers. 

    Please rest assured to use Aimoo as you online homes and chat with your friends. We are sorry again for making any troubles today.

  • Do You Mind Removing Minimum Score Feature?    - 2009-01-09

    As the forum owner/admin sets permissions for the members, you may find that there is "minimum score" box. We wanna make a survey if you regularly use the feature.

    For ANTI-SPAM purpose, sending group-email function will only be? available for Diamond Forum in Jan 2009.

    Please don't feel upset, because the Group Private Message function is also avaiable for you.

If you changed your skin and found the background is missing, please re-apply it in your control panel > forum management > skins > my skins and check your forums again. We apologize to bring this inconvenience and hope you could still have fun.

    The error in Aimoo's email server has been fixed up. Please try again to invite your friends to your forum via email or send group emails to your friends.
