The purpose of Undergraduate Students Pursuing Careers in Anesthesiology is to promote preparation for careers in anesthesia and pain management to all students of all academic backgrounds. This preparation is to include education by professionals in the industry, volunteering opportunities at local health organizations, preparation for graduate school entrance examinations, and any other resources which will help students better prepare themselves for not only anesthesiology related careers, but health careers in general.
