Used for the Phoenexian Planes roleplay group Here the council can vote, discuss issues, make or edit laws. Others in the group can speak about things within their orders or bring importatn subjects up to the council. Also can be used to try and join the roleplay group as well as for idle conversation between members of the roleplay group and those wanting to join.
