Welcome to Sanctuary and Support. We are a small support group for ppl and carers of ppl with enduring mental illness or stress related conditions. We primarily deal with the following issues: depression, anxiety, bipolar, phobias, ocd, panic attacks, self harm, GAD, PTSD. SnS is a friendly place to come to talk or sound off, or just chill out.
