Our program and the [b]American Diabetes Association[/b] have teamed together to form an alliance and developed in conjunction with doctors, certified diabetes educators, and the [b]American Diabetes Association[/b] an exercise and nutrition lifestyle program designed to work for people looking to reduce their risk of developing diabetes as well as those who have type 2 diabetes. You will have the opportunity to learn more and purchase this program as well as receive a personal fitness coach. This forum will serve as a support/motivational group for those on the program.
